1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of Split Sleeper Calculator at https://splitsleepercalc.com. By using the Site, you agree to them.
2. Current service
The Site provides an educational split-sleeper calculator, free manual log review and optional paid AI log drafts subject to current availability. AI proposes fields and questions for your confirmation. The Site is not an ELD, legal advice, an official compliance determination or permission to drive.
3. Permission
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Site lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass controls, imply endorsement, or overload or disrupt the Site. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the Site, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
5. Your material and results
You retain rights you already have in material you provide. You are responsible for permission to use it and for checking results.
6. Ownership
The Site’s code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
7. Privacy
The Site Privacy page explains information handling. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Free tools, optional paid AI and refunds
The calculator and manual log review are free without an account. Optional paid AI log drafts require a signed-in Google account. The published one-time packs are USD 19 for 25 AI actions or USD 39 for 75; taxes and the final payable amount are shown before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or free AI trial. AI and purchases are available only when current account and service checks confirm availability; sign-in alone grants no AI actions. Confirmed generation failures restore their allowance under the service rules. An unknown outcome keeps its reservation while you check the original request; do not resubmit it. Only a verified completed payment grants a pack. Payment and refund conditions are displayed before checkout; contact hello@splitsleepercalc.com about a purchase or refund. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by relying on an unchecked result. Nothing limits liability where law forbids it.
